Stephanie Fuller is the President and CEO of Iris Consulting Solutions, LLC. Before diving into project management several years ago, she spent almost two decades in leadership roles within insurance companies to lead their claims, compliance, and risk management departments. When she was asked to create a Project Management Office, she fell in love with project management. Learning the tools, methodologies, and processes to get things done effectively and efficiently was so much fun! There are opportunities to use project management in all aspects of business, as well as in everyday life.

Stephanie resides in Central Illinois with her husband, four sons, and three dogs.

Suzie Shannon | Chief Operating Officer

Suzie Shannon is a people-oriented leader with a focus on organizational skills, as well as planning and executing within budgets, deadlines, and staffing capacities.

Throughout Suzie’s career, she has repeatedly demonstrated exemplary collaboration, adaptability, communication and critical- thinking skills to achieve results.

Suzie has spent much of her time in leadership positions in the insurance industry. She has immersed herself in variety of roles, including casualty claims litigation, quality assurance, strategy, process improvement, and project management.

Suzie resides in Central Indiana with her husband and two children.
